Tighten While We Trim

Read 1 Timothy 4-6

1 Timothy 4:8 "For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come."

If all we do is diet, we will lose weight. But exercising helps us use up calories and speeds the weight loss along.

That’s not the only reason to exercise. Depending on how much weight we have to lose and our age, when we lose weight, we may add wrinkles and sags to our bodies.

After all that hard work to lose weight, it would be a shame if we were still disappointed with how we looked. So we will tighten while we trim and make sure we do both aerobic exercises and molding exercises to accomplish it.
