1 Thessalonians 5:18
"In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus
concerning you."
The dreaded plateau is
when we stop losing weight, even though we have not stopped dieting and
exercising. Many dieters give up at this point, because it can be discouraging.
But it’s natural and an
expected part of weight loss. Those of us who can, stick to the already proven
diet and exercise program.
But those of us who might need to see some progress have other options. Some go on a fad or crash diet for a few days and some increase or change up their exercise program.
