Ephesians 6:10
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his
might."
When we are brutally honest
with ourselves, we know when we haven’t been eating and exercising like we should.
So when we find we are not losing at the planned rate, we have no one to blame
but ourselves.
But there are people who
have stuck to the diet and exercised faithfully who are still not losing like
they should be. If we were losing and then stopped, we may have reached a
plateau and that is normal.
However, if we are being faithful and diligent in diet and exercise and have never lost an ounce or an inch, we may need to do some research. We may need another trip to the doctor to make sure there is no underlying medical concern for the lack of progress.
