2 Timothy 4:7 "I have
fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:"
Even when we have gone off
our diets and even when we have skipped exercising, we have fought a good fight.
We haven’t let those failures keep us from starting again.
Each meal we eat and each
day we go through without cheating or slacking off is one more step towards our
goal. Each day we do our planned exercise and each time we choose to squeeze in
more exercise one way or another gets us closer and closer to where we want to
be.
And we will eventually reach our goal. It may take us longer than we planned, but if we don’t give up, we will succeed.
