Carefree Weight Loss

Read 1 Peter 1-5

1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

Losing weight can become a burden. We know we need to get down to a healthy weight, but we get so tired of counting calories, fats, and carbohydrates and worrying about not eating what’s outlawed on our diets.

Others manage to stay slim with little effort, so why can’t we? If we want to experience a more carefree weight loss experience, we need to adopt the habits of naturally slim people.

We need to wait to eat until we are hungry and only eat enough to stop the hunger. We need to get away from eating when we’re angry, bored, tired, or even at a set time, if we are not truly hungry.
