Tired and Hungry

Read 2 Samuel 16-18

2 Samuel 17:29 "And honey, and butter, and sheep, and cheese of kine, for David, and for the people that were with him, to eat: for they said, The people is hungry, and weary, and thirsty, in the wilderness."

Some people, when they are exhausted, are too tired to eat. That’s not the best way to save on calories.

Tired and hungry is a diet-dangerous combination. We eat to satisfy the hunger.

But because we’re also tired, it may be difficult to know when to stop eating. We may find ourselves eating to take care of the being tired part, not just to satisfy the hunger.
