2 Samuel 19:22 "And
David said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah, that ye should this
day be adversaries unto me? shall there any man be put to death this day in
Israel? for do not I know that I am this day king over Israel?"
We look in the mirror and
make decisions about who we are. Others look at us and we make decisions about
who we think they think we are.
We’re more than our
physical selves. If we see ourselves as heavy strugglers who never quite get it
right, we’re not seeing the whole picture.
We need to know who we are
in God’s eyes. God loves us and we don’t have to prove ourselves to Him, even
if we do to ourselves and others.
