Job 6:6 "Can that
which is unsavoury be eaten without salt? or is there any taste in the white of
an egg?"
One of the hardest things
about dieting is the tastelessness of diet foods. There is no doubt about it:
sugar and fat add flavor.
So we have two choices to
deal with the taste. We can either get used to it or figure out a way to make
it better.
Getting used to it
requires the least amount of work on our part, but we might get tired of the
effort before it happens. Trying to make things taste better requires
experimentation and we might get tired of the hard work before we hit on the
right combination.
