Hibernation Mode

Read Job 1-3

Job 3:25 "For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me."

Animals who hibernate eat too much in preparation for the months they will be asleep and no longer eating regularly. Their bodies need something to use as fuel during that time.

So we might feel a need to eat up our favorite foods when we anticipate going on a diet. We think we need to create memories of the enjoyment of the goodies before going without them

Maybe our hibernation mode kicks in when we know we’re coming to our last meal for the day. We might eat extra at suppertime, trying to prevent getting hungry later, but we need to identify our hibernation mode moments and eat normally instead.
