Follow the Rules

Read 2 Chronicles 28-30

2 Chronicles 30:19 "That prepareth his heart to seek God, the Lord God of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary."

The rules of losing weight come down to using up more energy than we take in. If we begin cutting down our calories, fats, and carbohydrates and start exercising, we should be able to lose weight.

Using up more energy than we take in isn’t restricted to formal exercising. If we sit less and move more, we will add to the energy output and hurry our weight loss along.

If we find more ways to cut down on the calories, fats, and carbohydrates in the food we have chosen for our diets, we will lose weight faster, too. When we follow the rules for weight loss, we can make them work for us.
