Nehemiah 13:14
"Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds
that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof."
We have good days and bad
days. We have days when we stick to our weight loss plan and days when we blow
it.
When we mess up, it’s easy
to get discouraged—especially when we see the scales creeping back up. We may
be tempted to give up, but we need to start again, every day if we have to.
The trick is to have more
of the good days than bad and let the good outweigh the bad. It may take longer
to reach our goals, but it will still happen.
