Romans 2:1 "Therefore
thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou
judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same
things."
We don’t always feel like
sticking to our diets. We don’t always feel like exercising every day.
When the situation
overwhelms us, we fail and eat what we shouldn’t and skip exercising. We may
make excuses because we can’t face our failure.
But we have to get away from making excuses and find ways to work some freedom into our weigh loss plan. If we allow ourselves a day or a meal to eat whatever we want or cut our exercise days down by one day, we can look forward to those lax times and not only stop making excuses, but stop feeling guilty and still lose weight as we buckle down on the rest of the strict regimen days.
