sold, they planted, they builded;"
The hardest thing and
easiest thing to do is when we’re dealing with our everyday eating. It’s the
hardest thing because our habits are entrenched and not easily changed.
It’s the easiest because
if we can make changes in our everyday eating, our diets seem less like an
ordeal. So the trick is to break bad habits and replace them with new ones.
It’s usually less traumatic to change one habit at a time. If we can work good eating choices into our lives, we can keep control of our weight with little effort.
