Eating Proof

Read Acts 19-21

Acts 20:11 "When he therefore was come up again, and had broken bread, and eaten, and talked a long while, even till break of day, so he departed."

It’s never been clear whether the saying is starve a cold and feed a fever or feed a cold and starve a fever. But it is clear that when we don’t feel well, our eating habits suffer.

Some react to sickness by being unable to eat. They don’t have much of an appetite and can’t seem to force themselves even when they know they should.

Others eat uncontrollably in a misguided effort to make themselves feel better. But once we feel better we have eating proof: we feel well enough to go back to eating healthy meals.
