John 18:2 "And Judas
also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither
with his disciples."
Our habits can get us into
big trouble. When we’re tired and hungry, we might fall back on grabbing the
snacks we used to eat so freely.
We might sleep a little
later like we used to, instead of getting up in time to put in our exercise
time. At holiday and potluck tables we might go back for seconds like we used
to, without stopping to think whether or not we are still hungry.
But the good habits we have been cultivating can help us out. As we replace the bad habits with the good habits, we may be able to channel our behavior into the better new habits instead of falling into the old bad ones.
