John 15:2 "Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit."

One of the big motivators for our dieting and exercising is that we are concerned about our appearance. We don’t like the way we look in our clothes.

We don’t like the way we look period. We don’t like having to find clothes in larger sizes.

Even when we find something that fits, we still don’t look the way we want to. We know that the only way to feel better about the way we look is to do something about it and change our dimensions.
