Meat

Read Psalms 109-112

Psalms 111:5 "He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant."

There are all-protein diets that consist mostly of meats. They may help to lose weight quickly, but they have other side effects that warn us not to stay on them too long.

There are diets that exclude all meats. Some are crash diets, but others are diets vegetarians use.

Healthy diets include a controlled portion of meat. Lean meats give us the protein and some other nutrients our bodies need.
