of bread."
When we want to restrict
carbohydrates and calories, bread is often put on our avoidance list. But our
bodies need nutrients from all the food groups including bread.
We can find enhanced
bread, loaded with extra grains and nutrients. We might even find low calorie
bread.
Unfortunately, those tend
to be expensive. The good news is that we can have a slice or two of regular
bread that won’t sabotage either our diets or our budgets.
