Psalms 78:72 "So he
fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the
skilfulness of his hands."
Before we ever went on our
first diet, we knew certain foods were good for us and certain foods were not. Even
children quickly learn that restricted food is less healthy food.
So when we are choosing
what to eat, we know to choose fruits and vegetables, lean meats and dairy
foods, and to restrict carbohydrates and fat. We know sugary foods and junk
foods will be unlikely to make it onto our food-for-the-day list.
We want to be fed
according to integrity, whether we cook only for ourselves or for our families.
Our bodies will respond well to a healthy diet.
