Hosea 4:6 "My people
are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I
will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast
forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."
With all the information
available, it’s hard to imagine a lack of knowledge for dieting and exercising.
But not all who would like to lose weight know what they need to know to do it.
When starting a diet, we
need to know how to eat healthy foods for a balanced diet. When starting to
exercise, we will want to know about aerobic exercises and shaping exercises.
The most important
information to have is a go-ahead from the doctor. Once we have that examination,
we will know how strenuously we can exercise and whether or not we have any
health issues lurking around the corner.
